This store is always so pleasant to visit. The employees are always so polite and helpful. The store is always so clean and temperature inside is comfortable. Terrible manager, great floor staff, terrible cashier.

We told them we didn’t want the box they refuse to throw it for us. Saying that his whole store has no space for trash. We bought almost 30 pair of shoe with them.. the reason why the store has no more space for trash coz the biggest trash is the manager which is sitting at the store . To be specify it’s a big bald beard guy..

Things are good deal.. but expect bad service for them. If there are not here to help. Then just might as well don’t be there.. since ur not doing anything also..

Used to be nice people working here. But not anymore. They refuse to take my “reward” from Skechers. They claim I need the app. There is no app available for me. And in the email it say I just need to show the email and the cashier will take care of rest.

Coin shortage? What's that about? We bought shoes there. Tab came to $XX.22. The gal asked if we wanted to round up and "donate" the coinage to some "charity". I said "no". I gave her the 22 cents (assuming they probably didn't have change to spare) When the cash drawer was opened, the coin trays were full! [-4 stars] Draw your own conclusions.
Aside from that, the service and selections were great. [+2 stars]
