I remember when this place went up and thought it always looks very nice and clean,well kept up property and landscape outside. I pass by this storage units alot on my way to shop ,eat or heading to Beaumont. I was need of a 5x10 storage unit so I said what the heck And I stopped in to ask if they had any available . I lucked out and they had one left👍 I got to tell you, they have awesome prices and the property management are very polite and very helpful, answered all my questions, just made my day 🙏 Even gave me a lock for getting a unit. Had great conversation. I would highly recommend them and give it a 10 star rating🌟🙌👍

So glad to have found this place. I just booked my unit here. The property is immaculate and the people are nice. The camera coverage is good ... and they actually work
I have had a unit down the street for decades. It is not well maintained, the desk people are not nice and my rate has doubled.
Happy to be at Aware Banning now. Bud and Sharon are cool.

We rent two indoor spaces. The lights have not been working for over 3 months. I have stopped in 3 times and cannot see enough even with a flashlight to access my things. Each time I've checked in with them, they say they're working on it. Finally I asked about a discount or something since this is beyond inconvenient to not be able to see to access my unit for months. They dismissed my request entirely. Up until this point my experience here has been fine. But 3 months is more than generous on my end to wait for a repair. They have been so rude to me each time I bring it up, like it's my problem not theirs and I'm being a jerk for asking about it. It's their responsibility to keep their units and facility functional, but they take no responsibility and are rude to customers. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is awesome. I walked in there. I ended up getting a bigger storage than what I expected for cheaper than what I was gonna pay. They offer discount discounts and references which are super cool and they’re friendly. I recommend them totally.. Best experience ever
