The Store is moving to a new location and there still some items in the store. I just need it some hair oil and the only bottle available on the store was already open, so I took it to the cashier and I asked for a discount over the open bottle and she told me "no discount, do you want it?" .. I do want it so what to do... What do you think about 2 star rating over this?

They’re not helpful at all they never answer the phone at all any day of the week any time of the day! you will not be able to contact them if you go in person they will give you a phone number to call then no one answers ! they should all be fired the worst customer service ever they should do an investigation in this distribution center I’m making sure I let corporate know

Absolutely horrible work environment! No training at all whatsoever, even if you ask for it...the more you make anyone else work or even think, the worse off you are. Expect to mistreated and mismanaged by careless, racists that either can't or wont speak English. The security guards are actually the nicest of the people here. Parking has gotten increasingly annoying. Since COVID, hours available are erratic and if you're a temporary employee working through an employment agency, your hours can and will get cut and you will be left without work for any unknown amount of time... Especially if you hit the 90 day mark.

If you come here to drop off Lord Be prepare I check in at 7:45 AM get out 2:00pm , take out every singer Box 1 by 1 Doesn't matter you have on pallets Long time waiting make sure you bring your lunch

Only been here for a week, but it's by far the best warehouse I've ever worked at. All workers are doing their own thing as they should be, getting work done. Supervisors and people of higher positions are caring and helpful. I can't speak for every dept but my dept is very good. AND they stay bunping sone good music lol keeps you in the mood to keep on moving.

New to the company, and not sure how I feel about the treatment of their employees...upstairs work, NO CLIMATE CONTROL, decent wages, HR has a strong lack of communication between them and corporate. Gotta get ready to head out and pray I dont suffer a heat stroke...100°+ today 😫

Got live unloading apt. But check in wait for 2 hours not even get a dock. Too bad. Worse place for delivery.
Next time will need charge at lease $200 for this location for live load.
