Let me start with the positive: the work was professional and well done and Mr. Trawick is an incredibly nice man. He was very patient with many delays on the day we moved our mobile home (including state-level permit problems and roadwork that led to hours-long delays). He has specialized equipment to move the trailer out, which was handy given that ours had trees and a hill that needed to be maneuvered around. For the work alone, I give him 5 stars.

But, I will warn future clients that he can be very hard to ahold of and it was often difficult to get questions answered. His voicemail is full, so forget that. He does respond to texts, but you may feel ghosted at times. On communication alone, he is in the 2-star category at best (some days a 3, others a 1 or zero). Again, I will stress that his a very nice and does great work, but if you are like me, wanting to understand timelines and details (especially when wanting specific answers to direct questions), he can be more than a bit frustrating.

But, I will stress: he did excellent work and made up for my frustrations as a result.

This Guy Michael is very unprofessional. He had us waiting the whole day for an appointment that was supposed to be at 9am. He would not answer the phone so we call from a new number that was a friend of his and he answer just to tell us that the job was to much for him to handle. If you couldn't do the job that's all you had to say in the beginning so we could just move on. Plus the price was very low so I'm sure there are alot of components that he don't share with his customers. Bad business, beware of this place.

I would NOT recommend this company because they can’t even get back up with someone when they are supposed to come out and look at a mobile home that they could possibly be moving and then you try to call them to see why they didn’t show up and then they ignore your calls instead of being up front with you.

We were very pleased with our move! Michael and his crew are very professional and hardworking. We agreed on a date a couple of weeks earlier, and everything went like clockwork. Definitely recommend!

Very unprofessional. Called and asked them to move it. Said he wanted it to live in, got mad I would not leave the appliances in the trailer FOR FREE. Wasted 2 weeks of My time.
