This facility is awful, lack of communication and way too much favoritism. Managers chose who they want to train for a position. They sit and talk about their employees. Half the associates don't work ( spend most of their time talking or hanging around friends). It's like high school all over again. This facility has a lot faults that need to be addressed .

Everyone here is not wrong it's extremely poorly managed. They try to over work the employees working hard and leave the groups of people talking and standing around instead of separating them and getting some sort of production out of them. Oh and if your speak up you're instantly the aggressor. Crazy to see how packages are lost through here. Like I said extremely poorly managed at this facility.

Just like what others said. If you have an item going thru this warehouse, especially if it is a large item or requires signature. They will keep changing delivery date, then give you no notice on the day of, and then eventually just no status. You may eventually get the item 3 days later, a month later, or never. The biggest problem is that you will not know. And they do not respond back to Amazon. Good luck.

The facility had my package at 10:41 this morning. To be delivered by 8 p.m. in Burbank. We have no snow, sleet, typhoons, etc., but now it is delayed for 2 or 3 days. This warehouse has no reason for a delay like this.

It seems when my items end up in Buena Park, either they get lost, or are late late late. I cringe every time I see my amazon items going through this place. I would say when I do get packages that are supposed to be priority, I get them 3-4 weeks later, if at all. I had so many packages that did not make it for Christmas that I ordered well in advance. Very unhappy with this place.

I cringe whenever my pkgs are going through this facility. IT'S A BLACK HOLE. So many of my items are either lost or extremely late. I order months in advance in anticipation of having to reorder. Amazon needs to look into this and DO BETTER.
