Alejandro was supposed to deliver my Chewy yesterday and was lazy didn't use call box. Today, Alejandro again was supposed to deliver the package and didn't use the escalation of USE CALL BOX for apartment bldg. Again, call some FedEx customer service somewhere and create a new ticket with complaint. Complained to Chewy not to use FedEx at all, definitely not for my packages. This is still going on trying to get package and the local warehouse is saying tomorrow...BS!! Get this guy back and my Pitbull and I will be waiting for him downstairs.

Package was delivered to the wrong place, as the proof of delivery’s photo shows a completely different door that wasn’t mine. Operation Admin II - BERNADITH NAJERA requested a photo of my actual door to file a claim but then closed my case without any explanation or response (basically asked for a photo of my place for no reason). Najera became silent when customers requested to speak to a supervisor about their lack of professionalism. We were able to get a refund from the company we purchased from despite Bernadith Najera’s effort to lie to the seller that the package was “successfully delivered” to prevent my refund.
FOR PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR EXPERIENCES: you should call the customer service number, tell the robot “Customer feedback”, and it will lead you to the right department to escalate a complaint. Make sure the agent confirm with you that the formal complaint is escalated and submitted to upper management, or they will just apologize to calm you down.

Incompetence at its best. Driver is unable to see the delivery location exists, because "google maps told him the location does not exist". The building has been in existence for 65 years, yet the driver is incapable of using his own brain and eyes to see that he drove by the location numerous times while I stood at the gate, but kept driving. When I contacted Customer Service, they apologized and told me that the address does not exist, so once again I explained that the address has existed for 65 years, and that UPS, USPS, Prime etc, deliver parcels weekly and successfully at this location.
They suggested I pick up from their location in Fullerton, CA. Bear in mind that the supplier where the products to be delivered were purchased is closer to us than the Fullerton Fedex location, raising the questions, what are we paying Fedex to do exactly, if we have to go and pick up, and why would I not pick up from the supplier directly if that was an option?
They promised a new attempt at delivery with the address confirmation they requested, and once again, they screwed up as no delivery was made.
Once contacted again, Fedex customer service apologized again, and asked if I'd like to pick up or if I'd like a new delivery attempt.
I think communicating with a neanderthal would be much easier, and would accomplish much more.

worst places they are not trying or making any attempt to deliver any package but just say they tried. so if you want a package delivered maybe sure to order it like 2 weeks in advance. One of the worst places

These people are animals they lost almost every package I ordered for Christmas I had to reorder pretty much every single thing that I had bought it took time energy and more stress than I needed especially during the holiday season no one has answered to it no one has apologized everyone keeps telling us to go to different people now it's a completely different address and City. FedEx has nothing on UPS FedEx should be ashamed of themselves it is quality over quantity these drivers that they have are ridiculous they are not trained they throw our packages and run to the next address and they need to shut down and let UPS do what they do. FedEx it is now December 30th I demand someone reach out this is beyond ridiculous now the last two days I got a notification not from you but from my way Wayfair saying you guys have attempted in two different days two different times two separate packages you have not done anything you have the code to my gate no one else has had a problem getting in we have asked numerous times and it is guaranteed that you guys have the gate code the guy that is delivering our packages needs to be fired not even reprimanded anymore I have two separate packages that he's trying to get given back to the sender saying that I'm not home guess what I've been home for 2 days all day everyday someone needs to redeliver these packages to my front door

This is the worst shipping experience I have ever gotten. My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 7/28. Tuesday came and went and so did Wednesday and Thursday. Checked the tracking and it said that a scheduled delivery was not available. Called fedex and they did a trace after telling me that my package actually never left the facility. Finally on Saturday I get an update on the tracking and low and behold it was indeed just sitting at the facility. The tracking said that it would be scheduled for delivery the next day. Next day comes and it’s supposedly on a vehicle for delivery but then it says AGAIN that it’s scheduled for next day delivery. Well that day is supposed to be today but for some reason ONCE AGAIN it says scheduled for delivery next day. So every time my package is “on a vehicle out for delivery” it’s actually “scheduled for next day delivery” every damn day. So when the hell am I gonna get my package.

I was working from my front patio when Fedex checked my important package as delivered and left at the front door. They never showed up but the driver marked it as delivered. Obviously massive amount of theft happening. I informed them the truck never showed up on my street and I have camera footage to prove it. It's been 3 days and still no update. I know for a fact they can gps their drivers location at any time. Bunch of thieves and liars.

Sadly I too fell victim like many others with the "Delivery Exception" I stayed in the room not more than 10 feet from my door and after checking the tracking info every 20 mins I get a notification that I was not home...excuse me I'm 10 feet from my door, the FedEx delivery worker didn't even bother trying to deliver it. Then the update is another attempt 3 days later...Any other delivery service actually gets out of their vehicle, just not FedEx apparently
