Do not use them for their shipping "services" I shipped a package with them in March. I chose to purchase additional insurance on my package that we were shipping with FedEx. The person who assisted me never checked the package (I had packed it at home). Upon delivery, the item had been severely damaged. The box was damaged and the item was broken in several places. This was an antique bassinet that was planned to be used for a baby due in April. When I contacted AAA, they said they would assist in the process of claiming the insurance money so the item could be repaired. I provided details of the packaging items used, how the item was packed and around 10 photos of the supplies I used and the damage to the item. They continued to ask for more information and pictures over the course of 4 months. At this point, the baby was born and the bassinet was not able to be used. The last communication I had from AAA was once again asking for me to provide details on the packing materials I used. I provided this information again (this was probably the third or fourth time I was asked for this) in the beginning of July. It has been over 6 months since I have shipped the item and this still has not been resolved. If you need to ship something, I HIGHLY recommend anywhere but here.
