This storage facility is extremely blessed to have an employee that cares about her job and the company she works for, very friendly, smart, professional and just a glowing attitude about her. She went over everything with us and showed us the unit, within 15min we had the unit and unloaded our stuff, thanks again Victoria see you soon. Note to the company, the workforce that i see out there right now are all about themselves lazy as F……. and call out at least 4 times a month so when you get a good employee like Victoria take care of them and acknowledge them for their hard work

“Victoria” went above & beyond to describe, display, decide, discuss, explain, and to make it a nice personable interaction. I just hope she corrected the spelling of my first name. as I asked her to. I didn’t see her do it.

This is a very clean, well kept public storage place. The staff are friendly and it was a convenient location for us. Please be aware, rent is non-refundable, and they require a 10 day notice prior to the end of the month and are month to month leases. So, if you pay for a month, and in the first week of that month your plans change and you vacate the unit, there is no prorated refund. This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I was recommended to this facility from a friend and I can see why. I just started renting here and I've never felt so secure that my belongings and valuables were safe. Victoria's customer service is amazing, she doesn't hesitate to go out of her way for me or even save you money if she can. The facility is always clean, the access hours are great and now I've recommended this facility to a few friends and I was given a $30 credit for each one. Does it get any better?
