Yeah the reviews are true, 4 +hours, 3 for loading and then 1 for paperwork, they office people are nice and clean bathroom

This is the worse place to pick up at. I come here once a week and every time I have to sit for a minimum of 12 hours. Avoid this place by all means. I sit in my truck and watch them take break every 30 minutes. How can you get any work done that way. I don’t blame the workers because if management is poor then what do you expect from the workers. AVOID THIS PLACE. They are not even consistence with their lies they told me the system was down an other drive they are waiting on USDA and another driver that the product is not ready.

Most of our experience at this facility is drop and hooking overseas containers. I would estimate about 85% of the time there are no issues to delay us. The staff is friendly and eager to help drivers accomplish their tasks. The place can be very busy and congested at times with limited parking as well. However they do allow drivers to take their breaks there. They have expanded twice since we have been going there including the current parking/ drop yard now being expanded....

This facility is an absolute joke. 22.5 hours to get a load. They have no idea what they are doing and they constantly lie. Absolutely avoid this place if you’re live loading. I saw 5 other drivers have the same issue yesterday.

If I could give -10 stars I would. This place is the biggest waste of a drivers time and money. Was supposed to be loaded at 6pm. Arrived at 5:44pm and didn't get loaded til 5:30am the next morning. Never ever in a million years will I ever haul a load out of here again.

I go to this facility 3-4 times a day. Sometimes it can get crowded with few, if any, spots to drop a trailer but the office personnel are very friendly and usually come up with viable solutions. During those crowded times, patience is key to making your visit as smooth and easy as possible.

If there was a possibility do a negative 5 star they would deserve it 4:30 p.m. appointment didnt start loading until 12 a.m. in the morning got told at 8:30 pm got the load got passed for the USDA inspection that they would start loading me soon.

Took about 3hrs to get loaded with frozen chicken for the port in mobile not a bad experience they have some parking if you need a break and a restroom as well stay safe out there drivers
