1- Star Review :Horrible Experience- Rat- infested & unhelpful staff
I had the absolute worst experience with this storage facility. We rented a unit here to store some of my mom’s belongings that died of breast cancer last march, and when we went to check on them , we were horrified to find that the place was completely infected with rats. Not only were there droppings everywhere, but many of my mom’s sentimental items were damaged beyond repair. Furniture that I was going to gift my brother ruined family heirloom completely ruined.
I tried to reach out to the staff, hoping they would help or at least compensate for the damage, or even clean up the dead rat in our storage unit and droppings and pay to hual away our mom damaged property. Instead they were completely unresponsive and dismissive. If felt like they didn’t care at all about the situation or the loss we experienced. No apology, no offer to fix the issue, nothing. All I was left with was a threat to clean out the storage unit myself or they will keep charging me for the storage unit and hauling fee to haul my mom damaged belongings /furniture away. I was left in tears and a bill and my health being at risk going through the storage fill with a dead rat and dropping everywhere trying to keep what I could of my moms stuff.

I can’t believe they let a place this unsanitary and unsafe be open for business. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL STORAGE FACILITY- THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

Absolutely awful experience. I would give zero/ negative stars if I could.
They took my money and wasted my time while disrespecting me and my mom’s memory.

Jenn was the most helpful, kind, and communicative about the fees and all that comes with the storage unit. She was personable and sweet as well. She made our process smooth and easy to start moving our stuff into our unit. Definitely recommend her to get your storage squared away. Jenn is the BEST!!

I was sucked in with an online rate. Once moved in 3 months later received a 22% increase in rent then 3 months later received another increase of rent totaling almost 46% in one year. To top it off they make you buy insurance! During my stay they had a massive rat infestation which got into my unit and destroyed a lot of my things when I tried to talk to them about it they said it’s an outside insurance company and they don’t have anything to do with it. So I look at the paperwork they gave me and their “insurance” say they only cover 500 for rodent problems!!! Then why was I paying for 1,500 in coverage!! What a rip off!!! The worst scam ever never rent here!!!!

Customer service was awesome from start to finish. Cathy was very knowledgeable and friendly was able to answer all my questions and never made me feel i was asking to much if you know what i mean. If you ever need a storage unit hopefully they have one available for you. Area is clean and secure.

BEWARE:: DO NOT RENT HERE!! YOUR RATE WILL GO UP 50% WITHIN 3 MONTHS! GO ELSEWHERE, YOU'LL SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.. FYI.... THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A YEAR LEASE ALSO YOUR FORCED TO BUY INSURANCE WHICH DOESN'T COVER THE DAMAGE AND SHIT LEFT BY MICE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
