Tried to buy a replacement rail but this company keeps refused to sell me a part claiming it not the same. Many places sell this exact product rebranded. If you want to save a good amount search for soft close mat black shower at the big box stores and you find the same product rebranded by several other companies for almost half the cost with a much better return policy

I ordered 2 bathroom shower panels and doors from this company. Here's what happened after installation.
1st time: Silicone job was slopy like DIY, clear seal installed opposite way, shower door slamming, black frame already peel off.
I complained to the installer that it didn't look like professional skills to install it and also sales rep, Chris came to my house to inspect and said it will be easy to fix with a lot of excuses. I asked Chris to send professional installer next time to finish it.
2nd time: it was leaking after the same installer came.
3rd time: it was leaking after the same installer came.
Chris asked me to pay him without complete the job and he will take care of it if there's leaking.
Now I have to find another professional installer to start it over again!!
Thank you Chris for waste my time and how to treat clients.

BEWARE!!! First of all this company is a Chinese company that has a store front in the US. Probably 2 or 3 employees at the most. When you order a door it comes from their storage unit in California only. The quality of the door seems to be okay but the double sliding door I purchased leaks under the doors terribly. The problem appears to be that the template that’s included in the kit mounts the door too high off the threshold which allows water to splash under the door and then up over the water guard that is glued to the threshold. When I called “customer service” during regular business hours I obviously woke the guy up who said he would get back to me shortly but never did. I called the second number listed and got a female whose English was poor. She said “no worry” she would contact the factory and get a solution. Shortly after I got a video in a text that showed some kind of scaled down version of the shower door with someone pointing and talking which you can’t understand and have no idea what they are pointing at. When I relayed to the person sending the text that I couldn’t understand anything in the video all I’ve heard so far is crickets. Its typical for Chinese companies to set up store fronts in the US to sell their product but after that the purchaser is on their own. Lesson learned on my part.
