Booked a load from Werner Air & Ground, picking up from this place.
The shipper does not know how to load the truck and it ended up with damage. Both Customer and Carrier Services simply does not care about it and refused to pay the compensation.

Rather interesting place. Docks on your right as you enter. Depending on the door assigned, you may want to turn around as soon as you enter. Parking on the street available. Appointment was for 2pm. Checked in at 8:30am. In a door by 10am. On my way by 1 pm. Very friendly clerk.

Well organized, quickly loading, but the security personnel needs to be more assertive and speak louder

They took over 5 hours to load me and give me paperwork. Yard is small plus you have to help loader remove wood boards from the pallets. Hope I never have to go there.

In n out was easy but check your load as they load it. They didn't put skids in tightly and the whole load shifted forward causing refusal by receiver.

Too tight for big rig with sleeper..yard goats blocked me in to the door on both sides and dropped trailers 10 feet away from doors with extra trailers only 20 across from me. Impossible to get out! Not using your heads. Also entrance forces you to approach doors the wrong way. Need to switch entrance and exit.
