Carriers stay away from this company broker division cheap loads and then cancel delivery appt day before delivery and want you to set on load for four days and don't want to compensate you for what it's worth want to use your trailer as a warehouse -10 degrees frozen load. Please avoid them.

Carriers do not do business with this company , they promise you a rate when hauling for them and then do not send full rate amount. Have been contacting them and they state they will send payments but they don’t. Very unprofessional specially Charles Diaz who promise a rate and didn’t keep his word. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dependable ? Far from it. I wasted two days waiting for a delivery. First they said it was coming on a Friday. Around 4:30PM on Fri. I started to wonder if they were coming at all. I call them, it goes to voicemail. He calls back and tells me, "I WILL make it between 8:00am-12:00 and try to make you the first delivery on Monday. At 12:00 noon on Monday, yep no delivery. I call he says he talked to driver and says he's running late will be here at 1:00pm. He finally shows up at 4:30pm. And when I want to inspect for damage, the driver proceeds to pressure me into signing the delivery paperwork. he says "You can't inspect it until you sign the paperwork". I didn't argue with the driver because I could tell that there wasn't so much as a dent or scratch on the packing materials or platform. Or I wouldn't have signed. I will say this for them,My shipment did arrive undamaged.

This is the absolute worst place to pick up from. Their customer service is a complete joke. I called 3 times to confirm pickup and they wouldn’t load my driver.

Still have not received our furniture. Has been a month and a half. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
