Liz helped me with a difficult situation after my daughter’s death and possible loss of her unit. I live across the country from the storage unit and she always promptly, professionally, and thoughtfully answered all my questions (and there were numerous tearful questions). I shall be forever grateful for her service. The company should be proud to have such an amazing customer service employee. The storage unit held more than things, it held important memories with the items. Gratitude today and always.

This place was decent for the first six months i had it and then they randomly changed ownership and now i am being charged a ridiculously amount for ‘insurance’ even though i have provided them with my own personal insurance that covers my property. They told me that they were going to fix this and have still yet to fix it but continue to charge me. Unprofessional and will be moving asap.

Great gated storage facility. It has many different sized units that are climate controlled, and the building is always kept immaculately clean. The managment has always been great. Liz has always treated my family with care and kindness for the many years of our patronage. I highly recommend.

Liz at the office was great to interact with. Pleased with the location of the building and the unit was also nice for my purposes. They have extended hours and longer than most facilities and the price was the best I found in the nearby cities. Highly recommend.

The facility is great, and they keep it very clean. Except for one time I did have a problem. Oh one thing they need to stop going up on the rent every six months. Come on now. I know they did quite well doing Covid so they don’t even need to catch up like the restaurants serving people and stuff. I think once a year is great like most rental places. And they should do something for the longtime customers.

I called the office numerous times and called corporate office. Nobody was picking up the phone. Manager Liz took a two hour lunch break midday when I had a truckload of items to drop off at storage. We had to wait the entire time for Liz to return from lunch costing us $200 extra. Then Liz returned with an atrocious attitude towards my husband; she pushed his hand away while he was signing paperwork for the storage unit. Why she received accolades for her service in the past is questionable to me. Further, the storage unit we paid for was listed as 10x10 when it’s actually 10x9. I certainly do not recommend this business

I have used Storamerica since 2010. It's fire proof, no rodents, great security system, but most of all Liz, she is amazing. She will accommodate a customer when they need a bigger space or smaller one. She's great to work with. Go see Liz and tell her the size of space you need she will help you.
