I have to admit, I did not like this particular Wal-Mart when I first moved here, but they have improved 100% over this past year! (New management)Idk?
But my shopping experience now is GREAT! Employees are friendly and don't mind helping to find something
I'm mostly shopping at night, and they are down every alie working hard, stocking the shelves! And the guys gathering the carts outside finally will be getting a break from that hot sun now that it's cooler!

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been in no ground beef unless you want patties or 10lb almost out of all beef frozen seafood almost empty out of half the stuff in produce section. Could of taken a hundred pictures of empty shelves never coming back worth the drive to Madison.

Update 04-04-24: Good at times, not so at others. Had trouble finding any help in the garden center this afternoon! No one was in the area for about 10 minutes, and the person that came didn't know much about the department.

Worst Walmart of all time. They're always out of so much stuff, always. Things are disorganized and using the app to find where something is is useless. The app is the best part about shopping at Walmart since it's so much easier to find what you need. Every other Walmart I've ever been to is better than this place. Workers are nice and that's about all the good I can say about it.

This store has made some nice improvements in the last few years. I do wish they'd go back to 24/7. The self checkout with one cashier to do cigarette sales and ID checks is all they need and there are enough stockers there so the lights are all ready on. Take the sales Walmart. The lot is almost always full and that's not comfortable for people with health conditions still worried about Covid, the flu and any other contagion. We prefer the less populated store hours of 11 p.m. - 6 a.m.

WARNING: Do not order delivery from this walmart! They will leave items out of your order and still charge you for it! We made a $150+ order and they left out $12 worth of food and walmart has refused to refund my money after they failed to deliver the items, so they are effectively stealing from me.

This is the most laziest and unprofessional Walmart off of Hwy 72, especially, the Pharmacy. The person in charge of the Pharmacy does not care for its customers that visit the establishment. When you stand in line it would take a while before any staff to acknowledge that you are standing in line. The customer would have to get their attention by means of calling out loud, HELLO! Then the staff will not even respond back to you or say, "please wait a moment" (NOT EVEN THAT). You just basically have to wait in line for them to look at you and them to decide whether or not to assist you ( the customer), furthermore, which staff is going to walk up to the counter and assist you (the customer). The WALMART management needs to follow up regarding this matter and investigate the Pharmacist in charge of providing bad services its customers. Note, there are other Pharmacy in the area that I will be doing business and I will no longer doing business at this Walmart off of Hwy 72. The customers' do not deserve this kind of negative, unprofessional treatment and sevrice at this WALMART Pharmacy.

This walmart would be so much better if it was updated like some of the newer ones. They also need to hire friendlier people. The teenagers that do the grocery pick up are probably the best employees. The blonde curly head kid is awesome. Great manners and very polite.
