This has been a terrible experience and we have asked repeatedly for help from this agency. We will recommend you not use them unless you are completely well versed in importation. They also keep telling us to pay more fees --when we ask for a schedule of fees we are told this is the last payment but we just got hit for another payment. They took weeks for both air and sea to do their job. Highly unsatisfied. Cartha Labs, Inc.

If there negative star i would give them negative. When you call they put you on hold for over 15 mins, if you are still there didn't hang up they will pick up the phone and set it aside. You can clearly hear they are typing. Very impolite and refuse to help you for your issue. if you have any import container, you better find other people to help you

very very very very bad company. they are total fraud Chinese company. they come up with bunch of made up charges, never answer their phones and hold your cargo hostage until you pay them!!!!! make sure if you buy overseas, ask you SELLER NOT TO USE this company!! they come up with hundreds of dollars charges to scam you. i paid the price and regret it, hope you dont!

This company is absolutely incompetent in conducting the business of freight forwarding. No distribution of information about the arrival/clearing dates, changing and adding charges, forgetting to supply the warehouse release information will result in increased shipping costs to the company/individual using their services. Refusal to provide phone access to an agent that could look into a specific shipment situation leaves the customer with accumulated costs at the end and a delay of multiple weeks in receiving the shipment. As there seems to be no one actively managing the process and the only contact given hardly speaks English, it is guaranteed that your shipping experience will be plagued by problems and added costs.

terrible company to deal with. first, no one answer phone, 2nd the email , auto reply only with payment instruction. charge more than it is supposed to be. when they got the payment, send you additional invoice, the container on their hand to release, they do whatever they want to

The Worst freight angency EVER! I Not professional at all! No one picked up the phone calls when you call their office number. I would give them a negative stars if there has. Don't use them! Or You ll have a nightmare!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I have reported them to the BBB, as they do not inform customer of huge extra charges, and then hold container ransom unless you pay it. They are a total scam, do not trust them!!
