I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcus, Anthony, and Ricky from Clutter and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The team arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment, and they were incredibly organized and efficient. They carefully wrapped and secured all of my belongings, ensuring that nothing would get damaged in transit. They were courteous, friendly, and hard-working, making what is often a stressful experience, surprisingly smooth. Additionally, the communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. Clutter kept me updated every step of the way from confirming appointment to providing detailed moving plans. Absolutely horrific company. Cancelled our move by text with 2 days notice. Consumer service is a phone bank in a foreign country. Left us high and dry on a holiday week. Offered no compensation. You can’t trust them.

Would not recommend this company. The workers who came to pick up and drop off my storage were all great and I have no complaints about them. The company itself has many issues. The website would not allow me to reschedule my storage drop-off over 4 days before the appointment, so I placed a support inquiry and the website stated someone would reach out to me over email within 24 hours. No one reached out, despite me calling numerous times. Finally, an hour before my appointment, I received a call back and was able to reschedule. The agent told me since I had inquired a few days ago, I was able to avoid their $200 cancellation fee. I had an appointment today as well. 3 days ago I had the same issue with trying to reschedule the appointment. No one reached out to me and I couldn't reach a real agent over the phone, so I just gave up and left the appointment as is. Their fees are way too expensive to deal with such poor customer service.

Juan and Francisco were awesome! 5 stars to them only for delivering my stuff with care and efficiency. Personally I preferred makespace over clutter in regard to prices and fees. But I'm free now. Thanks again to Juan and Francisco. You guys rock! I wish all that money I had to pay went straight to you!

I had three really nice really fast movers. They got the complete job done in three hours, which was really impressive. I had no issues whatsoever. They were incredibly professional and kind and I had just a great experience with them overall. They come highly recommended. The price was unbeatable too

Clutter is a great company, makes moves super easy. Than they deliver after you have had them in storage as well. Fransisco and Nicolas were very professional and quick.

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I had the WORST experience with Clutter Chicago. The movers were lovely but the back office support was horrible. Upon arrival, the movers told me there should have been 3 people but only 2 people showed. I called Clutter and the representative was not at all helpful, only adding and quoting policies. When I asked to speak to another representative she said no, and only relayed what her manager was sharing to her. Essentially they agreed I could be charged an additional 3rd person if I wanted eventhough originally the 3rd person would be free since they were a trainee. Now the move is taken 3X aslong because the 3rd person did not show - and clutters response was to charge me MORE for their error. How does that make sense? I also used them last year and they lost my entire spice drawer. This was my second chance and already they have disappointed me. I still have not heard back.

Save your money and sanity and do not use this company.
