This is the best customer service I have received in a long time! When I originally rented, it was such a breeze. The property manager, Amanda, went over everything about the property and took her time to explain the lease. I loved that she also asked if I had any questions at the end. That just reassured me that I was storing my belongings at a facility that cares! When I called in frantic because I lost my keys, Amanda saved the day! She was able to cut my lock so I could gain access the same day! Way cheaper than a lock smith. Not only did she do amazing, but she was fast and professional! You can tell she loves her job and welcomes anyone who's stops in with the greatest smile and greeting! I received a 10 out of 10 customer service! Highly recommend storing at Ace!

The customer service is top notch, they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. They are very thorough when explaining pricing and going over any question in your agreement you may have. I will be tell anyone looking for storage to hit this place up.

Everyone here offers the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced at a storage facility! And being in property management for almost 30 years, that says alot! The manager and employees are genuinely nice and friendly people and seem genuinely happy with their jobs. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. I never have to worry about my stuff. Never see random homeless people wandering around. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for storage.

I was recently in from out of town and in a bind trying to get into my storage unit. I had forgotten some pertinent info required to gain access to the facility and my particular unit. Maddie was working that afternoon and could not have been more helpful! She walked me through the process to get my unit number and codes required. She was friendly and professionally…..as well as, being aware of security measures. Please acknowledge Maddie for her exceptional customer service. Ace Self Storage has a huge asset on their hands as long as Maddie is employed at the company. Much thanks!!!!
