Easy to find using Google maps. Pick-up was quick and easy. My order was already on a cart when I arrived. Make sure you back into a parking space, as their sign instructs. It made loading much easier and the cart is less likely to roll away. Safer to pull out of the space too!

It was nice not to have to go into the city and deal with the traffic and parking. I opted to order on line and have it delivered for an extra 20 bucks. This rug is heavy so it was totally worth it. It’s is rustic and sturdy, totally fits my style. Ordered on Wednesday was here by Friday noon!

So easy, 3 miles to the warehouse from the retail store. Drove up, backed our truck into a parking place, walked in handed them the receipt, our order was rolled out on a cart, I took it out and we loaded it into our truck (they have people to help you if you need it, but we were hungry and in a hurry! 😆). In and out in less than 10 minutes!

They were very helpful loading our trunk. I am hoping they post some videos showing how many boxes you get for various example kitchen cabinet stacks, etc. Haha just so one knows how much space you may need🙂. The nice guy who helped us is going to see what they can do... he had a great attitude 🙂🙂
