Amazing customer service! Clean, secure, fair pricing. I wish they were 24/7 but otherwise I'm very happy. They even have a filtered water fountain and a bathroom and they play music throughout. You have to put in your code to get in or out and to use the elevator. All the units have alarms. And there's even an intercom button to the front desk at the elevator, which came in very handy today when I forgot how to get out!

Amazing prices, promise you won't find anywhere cheaper, trust me I've spent months looking at different facilities all over SD & coming from my last facility where management was ran horribly. The premises was not secure so to come to this newly built facility with the nicest employees & next level security, nothing happens here without them knowing, is a breath of fresh air! They are awesome at communicating & very understanding! Highly recommend this storage facility!!

Kennedy was the absolute worst. All I asked was to be walked through to know where my unit was and to be shown how to access the elevator. I have a video showing how disrespectful she was. Changed locations same day. Will NEVER recommend

So clean, friendliest staff you could ever want to meet. I love the way they keep the place up. Nobody sleeping in the units, no bums hanging around up to no good like some other storage places. You can leave here knowing your locker or unit is Safe.... Thank you U-Store staff....

We are moving out after only 2 months. What a hassle it has been. Originally we went here because the website shows they hours are 6am until 9pm. Thats not even close. In fact once we got there and agreed to it, we were told the hours would be until 7pm instead of 9pm. Kind of a hassle but its still workable. As we go to move some stuff a few mornings later, we get there around 8:55am to find the gate still locked. Turns out what they forgot to mention was the fact that they also had a new opening time of 9am. No one mentioned that part.

So I work during the day and there is no way this is convenient for me. Honesty that place is so top heavy with employees there is NO Way that they can't schedule someone to cover the original hours. Stagger the shifts and stagger the breaks. There are much cheaper and efficient ways to keep your word with your customers.

The place is clean and it does look nice in the inside. There's no trash, etc.

The hours are unfortunately a deal breaker for me. If I can't get there, I can't use it.
