One of their delivery drivers either tried to run me off the freeway by cutting me off, while they were right next to me. Or they weren't paying attention when they drove up from behind me (not quite passed me but right beside me) and then realized their exit was this exit and thought it'd be a great idea to merge without looking.

Noooooooo bathroom privileges you have to go outside and porta-potties not like the employees on the inside. they don't have a driver's lounge on site, so you better have your snacks..

Driver doesn't know the difference between 182, 140 & 196. I am 196. Its clearly posted on street and front of house. I am getting deliveries twice now for 140. Today I got one for 182.

This Amazon Flex station is a long drive through suburban San Diego with many Karens along the way scowling at you while driving slow in the fast lane.

They don't let you use the restroom without being escorted which includes a warehouse employee waiting outside.

The staff hurries you out the door regardless of whether you are having issues.

Staff that deal with Flex drivers are among the rudest and least trained I've experienced.

The view leaving the warehouse can be AMAZING though!

Drivers CONSISTENTLY LIE ABOUT THERE BEING A DOG HAZARD AND REFUSE TO DELIVER PACKAGES. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I CALL TO REPORT THESE DRIVERS, THE DISTRUBUTION CENTRE DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, EVER!!!!
