Worse cargo Company
Flight landed at 11:45 pm and boxes were delivered at 3:00 am, supervisors are lack of professionalism to teach the employees how valuable is customers time

I’m sure they won’t care one person opinion but in based on my personal experience with united cargo, its the worse customer service on SFO

If you have to pick up something here, keep on mind that for sure you will waste your time waiting for it!!!!!

It is painfully slow here sometimes in the worst of ways, always seems to be when there is no one else there and I'm in the biggest rush. I've been here before where the process takes 5 or 10mins. Right now though... there is just one person but I've been here for 40mins before getting the process started and then another 30 getting it handled.. I don't understand it.

Update:
Having to keep coming here but this staff is rude in excess and will pick and choose who they serve. We have to sign in at a kiosk, been here waiting to have a single package dropped off, been almost an hour, and these people have picked others that came in only recently after registering at the kiosk and seeing my name as next in line. This place needs massive reform.

Another update:
The staff here continue to be rude in excess even with different people here, and all we can do is sit there and take it cause who else is there. It's messed up and offensive

These ppl are making $$ off of you. I will do my best, never to use United Cargo. Shipment comes in on Fri end of day and gets released on Sat. I pick up on Monday. Yet they charged me storage fees. Due to Covid I couldn't pick up my shipments till Monday and the supervisor tells me these rules are on their website. Karma!!!!

They don’t care about speed or service especially the people at the front desk. My first complaint is they did not let us know or keep us updated on the status of the shipment and it being delayed so I had to come a second day. My second complaint is the lady at the front desk was not, very good with her attitude. The second day she was a little bit better but as a professional, you should keep your composure and not have attitude.

the employees are very slow, only 2 guys are fast, and if it's not them it's the system, 2 clients 57 minutes each!!! What a lousy service, I go every day and out of 7 days 2 days are fast, it's a daily job, the same employees and there are still errors.

If I could give no starts I would. By far the worse staff. They don't know how to respect anyone, don't know how to talk to people. You can be hear for hours and hours. 3 hrs plus.
