-10, if I could. I got partial 525 lbs shipment arrived at Oakland port. I paid the shipping from abroad to Oakland port. These greedy people charges me over $532 to pull container from Okland port to San Leandro warehouse. When I called and asked that why you guys charging over $532 to move partial 9 miles, she said it's normal. No, it's not normal. imagine, if there is 10 different vendor partial in the same container, they said they are charging everyone the same, it means they charges over $5320 to move 9 miles freight. This is ROP OFF. Ask your vendor who will be handling freight in the States, If Shipco, save your good money away from these greedy people.

SUPER UNORGANIZED COMPANY WITH FAULTY SYSTEM. THEY DONT EVEN CALL TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR SHIPMENT IS READY FOR PICKUP.
WE HAD TO PAY STORAGE FEE BECAUSE OF NO NOTIFICATION FROM THEM. AND THEY DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. WHEN WE ASKED FOR A MANAGER THEY TOLD US THEY DONT HAVE ONE.
WE WENT TO PICKUP AT ST GEORGE AND THEY WERE THREE OTHER DRIVERS WHO HAS ISSUE WITH SHIPCO.
