I have purchased from Buy Low for a year now! I spent over $100,000 with them. I purchased a 24 pallet truckload in August and was told it was very very nice stuff strictly for a bin store! To my SHOCK it was not Nice at all! 24 pallets last me 6 weeks and after 2 weeks of this mess that I received I had to re-order 12 more pallets to have enough decent stuff to stock my bins! Back to Back Loads 2 weeks apart! They were tons of empty boxes, messed up merchandise with mildew and filthy merchandise and tons and tons of tiny stuff that you just don’t put in your bins to sell! I got screwed out of $23,600 on both these loads! I feel I should have been compensated at least a 1/2 a truckload credit back from both truck loads but all I got was a $2000 credit. The second load cost me $1350 in shipping so I only actually got was a $650 credit! Both loads were horrible! BuyLow told me they would get with the Amazon warehouse to see what they were gonna do about this! I never got a answer back on that! The last answer I did get from BuyLow was there is really nothing I can do at this point and that maybe you need to find another vendor that works for you! REALLY! They didn’t mind taking my money with NO SOLUTION at all! This has hurt my business tremendously and may result in my Store closing ? I Will NEVER purchase from BuyLow ever again!

I was going to go with another liquidator that I had been him-hawing about, so glad I him-hawed!!! I just kept having doubts and they were so expensive but they had what I wanted.
Last minute I found BUY LOW and glad I did!!! The pallets I got were way cheaper and being a first time buyer of pallets the price at BUY LOW was a lot easier to swallow!!
I reached out and Matt Leavell reached back out to me. I let him know up front this was my first purchase. Matt was real kind and helped me with any questions I had. Pretty painless process.
Once I ordered Matt kept in touch and the shipping reached out to, both sent me pictures of my order ready to ship out. I also had Matt set the shipping up for me. Shipped out Monday (6/5/23) and got it just yesterday(6/8/23)!!
When they got here I was so excited but I still had to work my 9 to 5 job!! When I got off work I spent 4 hours counting and sorting!! Now comes the listing part!! ?
BUY LOW has definitely hooked, lined, and sinkered I’m in!!

So this is my second pallet I brought from BuyLow Warehouse. Of course as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The forklift driver Victor was so helpful and knowledgeable about what they had and where I could find it. He even took the time to explain how the layout has changed. I told him what I was looking for and he told me where I could find it. Like always great customer service. I found a pallet that had exactly what I was looking for at a great price and check out was easy. Will be back soon…

Unbeatable experience with the guys at Buy Low! I messaged on a Thursday and by the next Monday my merchandise that I had requested was ready for pickup! What an eye opening experience. Stopped by one day out of curiosity after messaging Mason on facebook; I was immediately helped by DJ. There is always someone on the floor to help with questions! I bought the pallet I liked, and picked it up the next day hassle free (can do same day too)! Luckily it all fit into my Santa Fe SUV.

I receive the wrong load not because of buylow is because the items were shipped wrong from direct product wearhouse. They told me to take the load and so I did as we got farther and farther into it I knew it was not right one. I talked to buylow they said they contact the company. We were in full communication the whole time. The company pretty much told them oh well but buylow said that make it right. They gave me a good size credit to make up the loss and we ended up using it on a TGT load and omg!! I’m in love this was very good load and I can’t wait to see the customers faces today what I have seen has been great new toys bikes tvs. I am so thankful that buylow was able to help us out. A lot of other brokers woulda been like oh well u get what you get. They went above and beyond and they are a great company to work with this wasn’t our first load and will not be our last buying threw Buylow. They stand by there word true and honest company!!
