I live in a different city and I was helping family with some things in storage. There were a lot of units and different sizes were available. It appeared that upkeep was maintained. I felt safe.
Customer service is the biggest reason for my high rating. Not only was someone on-site, he was very helpful and nice. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to keep things stored there.

We have a climate controlled 10x10 and they're reasonably priced. We are happy so far! The 2 guys in the office are so kind and are just stand up guys!

Moved to New unit few years ago..... New. Now all my stuff is covered in a inch of dust. My two other units did not do this. I could of stored my stuff in uncovered garage, and my stuff would have been better off. Waste of money. Any item not in a tote or box is now trash. I paid to have my stuff destroyed. Treated like an idiot .

I have had 2 climate controlled units at Southtowne for almost 2 years. The people there have been nothing but kind and supportive. The office manager went out of his way to help me when I needed a place immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate these guys so much! They are a great business and they are so professional. I always get reminder calls and they even put a lock on my unit when my son forgot to put our lock on it. I know my stuff is safe there! Great people!

I have been the Site Manager for 15 years. We have great rates and the largest selection of Standard, Climate Control, and RV/Boat Storage Units in the area. I am now retired with a great new Manager taking my place. Our first replacement Manager was not very friendly with out Tenants. But the problem has been corrected, so stop by or call the new Manager.
