Gate code is hit or miss. I was not allowed to park there to long. The owner said he would let me in but could not say if it would let me out. Getting out asap. I.E. tomorrow.

Penny who works in the front office is always so helpful and kind. She's willing to give advice about what kind of locker will meet your needs as well as the best types of locks! We have two storage units with this company and have never had a problem. They take great care of their customers.

I can’t speak for the location in Cleveland but I’ve used the facility in locust fork for over a year now. First I would like to state that every time you call, those office ladies are just precious and they’re probably the only good about this business.I work out of town and the owner knows this and I’ve never had an issues paying a late fee, never even complained about it, but he won’t take the lock of your unit until you basically beg him. I went 3 months one time with him refusing my to take my lock off because he said he already had. I had to text a picture to show him it was still on there and it took another week before he “ got around to it” and this has happened so many times. He’ll sign off saying he took it off, but won’t actually do any work. The only reason this is getting a two instead of the one is those sweet ladies in the office. I’ve caught the owner in lies about my unit and my contract, trying to go up in fees without anyone’s knowledge and just being down right horrible. Please don’t use this facility. Locust fork mini storage is so muxh better.

Horrible! Rented a unit on Tuesday and was unable to get through the gate because my code would not work. I called and that problem was resolved. However when I went back the unit I paid for had a lock on the door. The office is closed on Saturday with no emergency number to contact anyone. There happened to be an employee in the parking lot and I asked her to call the owner to resolve the situation and was told just cut the lock off yourself!! That would be great if I had something to be able to cut a lock. So I have paid for a unit that I’m unable to use. I was moving that day and had to be out of my house but had no where to take my things. Owners of storage did not care. They had my money so it wasn’t their problem. Luckily Earls self storage in Locust Fork is run by someone who is available and I was able to find a place for my things. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great little place to store your stuff! They have a secure section which requires a passcode to get in. That is a feature I really love. The rates are good. I would have to say that they have the best place in the are as far as storage units are concerned.

I had rented a climate control storage unit on 1/8/21 and went up today to put some belongings in it only to find they had rented it to someone else. Penny said there was nothing she could do. So I am turning it over to my lawyer on Monday. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
