Be Aware* Drivers come a long way to deliver a load. We trip plan, work out our clocks, speak with brokers, double check with the facility, we speak with our dispatchers. For a security guard to tell you that he doesn’t go by what the phone says, he is basically calling the driver an idiot and that they don’t know what they are doing. Security takes forever show up an hour early drivers** Go to the staging area after you have Dealt with the incompetent security if you have a frozen load go to door 31 then they will call you to a door. then you wait………….. make sure you are not double booked nor have another drop you will be here for a long time!!!!!

So, don’t know if you care after seeing these reviews but the store at 8080 S Houghton Rd, Tucson, AZ 85747 sold me groceries 2 days ago and one of the boxed soups was expired (best if used by it says) in early 2021. It’s December 2024. The potatoes in a 10lb bag were rotten and some even had a few maggots on them. A few groceries were still good but at least half weren’t. Seeing other reviews I’ve found out this is common there. This literally was my favorite store in the area but started going downhill several years ago and now it’s to the point it’s dangerous to shop here. It’s normal for groups of 6-8 employees to be having a break while the big carts they use are blocking the isles and can’t be bothered to let people through or not ram into them if it’s too difficult to get off their phones while pushing carts. I guess they don’t care about expiration dates. I don’t understand how it’s gone bad so fast. Is there a new manager, because if so they need to do some other job. Anything but manage. Maybe collecting carts would be good. I sent the department of food safely over there. Have fun with that. I’m disabled. Badly disabled after being hit by a red light runner. I can’t get back to the store and this fry’s still never delivered my order from 3 weeks ago. So I have no food now because a lot of what I got 2 days ago was bad. Some things were good of course but that’s mostly gone now. Anyway have a good day I’m sure it’s not your fault. Just wanted to let you know the state of this store before you have no customers left. From the other reviews I see all this is common here.

Update: Still holding my money hostage, gross business practice. Big corporations don’t care about people.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Fry’s Food Store. I placed an order for groceries online, and while the order was never confirmed or processed, the payment was still taken from my account. This has left me in a terrible situation with no groceries and money being held against my account. I reached out to Fry’s customer service for assistance, but they were unwilling to help resolve the issue, leaving me frustrated and without any solution. This is unacceptable customer service, and I expect better from a company like Fry’s. Until this situation is resolved, I would advise others to be cautious when placing orders online with Fry’s

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit to the new Fry’s location at Vistancia, Peoria, on 12.22.2024, between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First, I approached an employee at the butcher counter to request assistance with cutting a piece of meat. Surprisingly, the individual, who identified as a butcher, informed me that they do not cut meat. While I understand there may be limitations to what can be accommodated, the response left me confused about what services are available at the butcher counter.

Next, during checkout, I encountered additional challenges. Kristy, the cashier, was rude and displayed a lack of customer service skills. She insisted that I must use the digital coupon on the app to receive the savings. While I appreciate the convenience of digital tools, not all customers prefer to download and use apps. Kristy’s dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

Thankfully, another checker stepped in and provided a barcode that resolved the issue. However, Kristy’s demeanor throughout the interaction suggested she was unhappy to assist me, which added to my frustration.

I am bringing this to your attention because I believe excellent customer service should be a cornerstone of your business. I hope you will consider reviewing employee training and support to ensure staff are better equipped to provide a positive shopping experience.

Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I trust you will look into these matters, and I hope future visits to your store can be more positive.

The customer service at Fry’s Food Store on 67th Ave. and W. Bethany Home Rd. in Glendale Arizona has the worst customer service I have ever come across at a grocery store the absolute worst her name is Darla. She was short. Rude crude, no respect whatsoever and she flipped me off when I called to complain about it to a Mrs. Rodriguez. That stated that she was a store manager. She also was very short, rude and crude not as bad as Darla, but near it, and I was told by Miss Rodriguez, that if I did like a not to go to Fry’s Food Store‘s anymore wow I think I’ll take her up on her offer. Thanks for nothing.

Shopped #Frys 4045 East Thunderbird Wednesday December 4. Senior Day. No usable carts available that were. Carts in bad shape. Store was busy. Only 2 cashier lines open. Shoppers lined up 15 deep at each cashier. Employees said they couldn't do anything. Manager MISSING!
