I’ve had a storage unit here for almost 4 years, extremely friendly staff with a warm welcome from Victor the friendly office dog every time I come in! Definitely recommend this place! I rented another storage unit from another company and Arcata bay self storage is definitely your best choice in Humboldt!

the building is very old and DRY!. No alarms on individual lockers. NO On-Site Manager. Only there for an hour each day, if that. The manager is very cold and even though ive been a customer there for over 6 years, he still always says "what can we do for you?" every time i come to pay a bill..every month.

This place is SHADY. The man running the place (Kerry, I think?) is a pervert and auctions done here are done so illegally. Units could be sold without the tenant even knowing because sales are only advertised on their Facebook page and not in the paper like they are legally obligated to do.
