Nice people and fast unloading but do not park on the street. Cops patrol it and were kicking people out. There are "no parking signs" cop asked me what it said and was a dick.

Just park on the street to next it and go for check in they checked in early if they are not busy mostly out in 1-2 hours(note precool reefer to -10 to save time)

Place was cool you have to have your trailer pre cooled before they will load you at least down to 5 degrees. Didn’t take long for them to load probably a hour. Then the have you pull out close your doors and park by office to wait till your trailer reach 5 are below to give you paperwork

No parking in lot. Must park on side streets. Was called to the door at appointment time. Reasonable unload times. Pay lumper and paperwork within 20 min. Not good not great just ok.

Czar of appointment times lol don’t show up until 2 hours before your appointment time. Called me to a door 40 minutes after my appointment time. Parking is on the street, they won’t give you your paperwork until your Refer reaches is at +5. Weigh your load at the Pilot near by or the Loves they are horrible when it comes to loading.

My experience with the shipper was good. Docked early. Loaded pretty quick. I'm leaving this review to let other drivers know not to park in the dirt lot on the north end of 97th. The cops WILL harass you and make you leave.
