Our Suite was great. Although there was what appeared to be hair all over the bathroom floor. Front desk assured us it was fibers from a mop. Room was quiet and our stay was nice. The next morning we had breakfast before heading out. Our server was a little on the snippy side and our food was dry and bland.

Can't ask to find a better place to relax and gamble. Hotel is always clean quit and peaceful. Great staff from top to bottom. Greg and Deena will help you with whatever you need at the front desk. Don't hesitate to splurge on the amazing sushi, they do a fantastic job.

Staff was fantastic and security team was amazing. Wonderful stay. Our door was broken so they updated us to the deluxe suite and gave us food vouchers. Definitely will keep an eye out for shows there in the future.

The location is good, within one hour to Eureke and Redwood national park. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The hotel had friendly and helpful staff members. I had a great experience staying there. The hotel is attached to a casino, but when I went it was not crowded or loud at all.

Blue Lake is our go for o when in the area. The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are comfortable and typically fairly quiet. Staff is very friendly. Excellent sushi restaurant. We haven’t had a bad meal at any of the restaurants and play the slots a little. Gas station has best prices around.

It's a fabulous experience every time we stay! High-quality food and accommodations. You won't be disappointed. Every employee greets us with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need. Any time I've noticed a slip in quality, Management has listened to my concerns, thanked me for my communication, and rectified the situation swiftly. Each and every time we visit Blue Lake, I am impressed with the quality of their hospitality, variety of menu options at all food locations, and their willingness to go the extra mile with a smile, no matter what. Blue Lake Casino is a safe haven of relaxation, and I always look forward to visiting.

Positive: Beautiful clean room with all the amenities I could ask for- the only less than great thing was no cream for the coffee, a medium blend coffee instead of dark roast. No other complaints. Beautiful setting amongst the trees. We?ll stay again! Negative: No cream for coffee, maybe a medium blend coffee as an option.

We had an awesome stay at Blue Lake Casino & Hotel! Their customer service is outstanding! Rooms are very clean and housekeeping very helpful! When checking out, they even offered us a bottle of water. What a nice gesture!!! Restaurants were equally as wonderful! We had a great time in the casino too! We will definitely be returning!!!
