The guy in the office was great! My last receiver got us out really late so we were late for this pick up but he was able to accommodate and sent us off with cookies!!

The shipper got me a door before my appointment time and had me loaded quickly. My dispatch had the wrong load number and when I got the paperwork it was going to the wrong place. This shipper unloaded the wrong load and loaded the right one in between other loads going out. Great friendly and helpful people who seem to enjoy their jobs. Got me on the road in record time even with the broker screw up.

I arrived early for my appointment but had to park on the street and wait for three and a half hours. The docking area is on the small side but it was fairly empty so I was able to back in without too much problem. After getting loaded, I had to go back on the street and into the office. There were bathrooms and water for the drivers. It didn't take too long to get loaded either.
