It's a 1-way direction to the right once you get through security, wraps around the building which they have a scale on-site and will be needing to write down the weight on their paper but it's inaccurate. Don't trust their scale. Bring the load to an actual certified cat scale once you're done to double make sure. I had about 7/8 of diesel too. Also the location they had me drop my empty trailer, there was an Amazon trailer in that location so had to dump the trailer in a different location and corrected the paper to give back to security.

A guy named Ozzie, rude to help drivers not polite at my recent visit to their location, and my experience left much to be desired. While the intention behind the service is commendable, the execution falls short.

Security/Access Control is great. It's not them, nor the yard jockeys that's the issue. It's more like a problem with the warehouse personnel. Why? I first pickup the trailer, and it felt really heavy by the pull/tow. Weighed my truck with the trailer, 720 pounds over the legal Gross Combination Weight Rating. Waited to get the load corrected, weighed it again, now I'm 420 pounds over the legal weight limit on the drive axles. I've been on the premises, for a drop and hook since 08:45. Now it's 13:30, shortly after I dropped the trailer at that very same door to get it corrected the first time. The several occasions that I've been here prior to today, there never was an issue on the trailers being loaded heavy.

They now have a check in. You must use your phone to get checked in. You must use their scales to weigh before you can check out. Scales never work. Phone check in is not easy for first time users.

now they’re using online check-in, which is sucks. My phone got hacked on that website. Face recognizing function stopped just right after I went through their checkin website, looks like there website stealing data

I am really sorry to those who didn’t have a good experience..
I arrived the on 7/2/24 with an appointment. There is a long driveway, you pull up to the gate when entering. They will write down your tractor and trailer number, give them the number for your load and your drivers license. I went there for a live load. They’ll have you put your tandems back before leaving the front entry and they’ll have you open your trailer doors so they can see if your trailer is clean. They’ll give you paperwork with the door number and they’ll explain to you that you will detach from your trailer once you dock and park your tractor with the other tractors (you should see other tractors parked in the places where you can park next to them, look for them as you drive to your door). After you park your tractor, put your dock number on the dash of your truck so they can see it and they’ll tell you when your trailer is done loaded. Mine didn’t take long at all, but it was a light load.. Once you reattach to your trailer you will use the scale they have, they’ll tell you where it’s at, and you have to write down the weight for each axle on the paperwork they give you. They’ll explain all this to you. When you get to the exit, you go through the exit process and they’ll give you copies of the paperwork. Everyone was friendly 🙂

It’s a zero star review. Yes, as people mentioned, they don’t care about your time. Overweight first time, overweight 2nd time after adjusting. First time loaded a day before Christmas on Sunday. Appointment was at 9am. Loaded at 4.30pm same day. Overweight. And that’s it. Time to go home, we don’t care about the job we just didn’t do right. Now it’s Tuesday 5 pm. Still waiting. Thanks for a great holidays and spending time in the truck while not earning money that I could earn! 👍🏼👍🏼🤦🏼‍♀️

Easy to find. In and out with no problems and that’s speaking from a drop and hook deal. Not sure about live loading or unloading. Absolutely zero parking available for drivers, and yes NO overnight parking.
