Normally, a standard unload time of 1.5 to 2 hrs.
The speaker that they force you to use for check-in is very over modulated. You will be saying "what" a lot in response to the unintelligible voice coming out of it.

Awaiting a package that has allegedly left this facility, twice this week, only to be told 'packag delayed in transit'. FYI, the travel time should be less than 45 minutes. This is a mess. No sniveling, just do the job you agreed to do.

Do not like the new check in system. It is so extra and unnecessary.

It took several hours to get unloaded, not to mention 6 trucks came in after me and left before me. I was the last one left to finish getting unloaded.

Be mindful of their break times. It is located in the window of the driver lounge. You will not be worked during those times.

The actual humans I did get to speak with, including at check in, were really great and friendly.

I would be ok not to come back here again.

I order 5 poster frames through amazon. they delivered 1 of them and said the other 4 would be delayed. on the page that allows you to track packages it doesn't even acknowledge that the 1 poster frame was delivered. there is no phone number listed anywhere so I had to go through numerous sources and one source had told me it was delayed because of the weather. it's been 80+ degrees and sunny all month long. there is no reason that all of my poster frames couldn't have been delivered at the same time especially since they're not that big. if there was a phone number listed for this place it wouldn't be half as big of a deal but since there is no one from this warehouse that I can even talk to I have no clue where my package is, when its going to be delivered, if it's going to be delivered at all or even the REAL reason it was delayed in the first place. this goes beyond incompetence. this is just a pure lack of care.
