The worst delivery ever I've had them leave the package on the side of the road, a large box across two mailboxes, left in the middle of my driveway in the snow 5 steps and it could be on my porch. Today my delivery is can't even say where it was left but thankfully my 70 year old neighbor found it and brought it back to me. Never answers the phone so Never a resolution to fix the issues

My package is at a distribution center, exactly 30 minutes from my house. For 3 days in a row, the day starts with my package being delivered between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Then after 3:00 it says it will arrive by end of day. Then it starts over and says between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM the next day. Tomorrow will be the 4th day. It is a furnace part. So kind of important. I could get in my truck and drive 30 minutes to get the package myself from the distribution center. But apparently that's not an option. I will not be ordering anything that ships through FedEx as long as humanly possible. Attached is a picture of nothing. Because that's what I've received. Oh, and there's no phone number. So you can forget about calling and receiving any information. 0 stars if possible.

If I could give this center and all the contractors they use negative stars I would! 2x this week different packages are marked as attempted delivery…and the latest one was at 9:07p on a Saturday…..HAHAHAHA funny I have cameras and no one was ever at my home and I was home as well. The company has failed to properly prepare for the holiday season and hire holiday help and the consumer is paying for it. The packages I have received have either been left at the end of my very flat driveway by the mailbox being a package that weighed 65lbs or I have videos of them throwing the boxes on my porch with breakable items in them. This is unacceptable and honestly the higher ups need help accountable….

Ordered a shark vacuum last week. I have specific instructions on the FedEx portal to 'ONLY leave packages on the back porch'. I also have several signs indicating the same. Including at our mailbox on middle road. The package arrived at the Zeleinople distribution center and scheduled for Sunday delivery. The driver completely ignored the FedEx portal instructions. Ignored the signs and left the $225 vacuum out in the pouring rain right under the sign indicating 'Do not leave packages here. Deliver to back porch ONLY'. The package is soaked and ruined. How can anyone just ignore such clear directions? And be so ignorant as to leave a package marked 'shark vacuum' out in the rain? This driver, Christopher, should find another line of work. Too lazy to do his job and take the package where instructed. How does he even have a job? Calling the main 800 number does no good. I now am left with having to fight with FedEx, call Shark, and see what yo do next. Complete and blatant negligence on drivers part and FedEx for doing NOTHING. Yes, they will be sued. I'm not ordering from any company that uses FedEx for deliveries ever again. ZERO stars and an F rating. ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER.

I have never had a good experience with FedEx "deliveries". Anytime a package is unfortunately supposed to be "delivered" by them it is damaged or just thrown onto the side of the road somewhere. This time it was out for delivery for 4 days. I called and asked customer service when it would be delivered and they promised that it would be delivered by 8pm, and that was on the 2nd day. On the 4th day they sent me a crappy picture of a mailbox on the side of the road with a caption underneath saying it was delivered to my front door. I found the mailbox in the picture and what a surprise, no sign of my package anywhere. I called customer service and they said they won't do anything about it, it's not their problem, and that I would just need to contact the shipping company to see if they will do anything about it. I am fed up with FedEx damaging and stealing my property. They need to be shut down. Their one purpose is to deliver packages, and they do not do that. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!

Currently a 1 star, my 4 tires, yes 4 separate tires all there own tracking #s are stuck in the bounce back of this facility. On the truck, 12hrs later back at base. Next day let's see what happens. Not my 1st round of bounce backs with them. But I need these tires.

FedEx has consistently held packages for days after receiving and when calling to go pick them up they say there is a hold and they won’t allow it. I had an item ride on the truck for 3 days before they actually delivered it. You deliver my neighbors packages to my house and just throw them at the door.

My package has been sitting here for 3 days. Little to no help from customer service. Looks like I'm going to be driving from Erie to their jobs for them after I get out of work. FedEx needs to do better. If you are a business owner, I would give serious consideration who you do business with. I for one don't think I'll be ordering anything that will be shipped through FedEx anymore.
