Very bad experience I only late for my appointment 20 minutes do to the traffic im coming from Los Angeles area and they send me back asking to reschedule appointment wtf then I asked for the manager he told me they going to take me but it’s working in and they don’t know when I going to getting loaded it’s 8 pm now still waiting and have delivery appointment tomorrow early morning in phoenix AZ good luck to me this is my first and last time I’m here

Very very slow to unload took 5 hrs. If you're coming here, get breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only thing good is the driver lounge and the toilets.

Since it’s Unilever they are very much organized
Come as per your appointment NOT EARLY they will not take u in until unless your dispatch makes arrangements.
Security will instruct to park at dock leave the trailer open doors and take the tractor to the parking near the security gate some trailers might be parked there

Had an appointment for drop off at 12 noon checked in at 11:45am no door was available at that time gave a door at 1pm went to door there was already a trailer there then took another hour to assign other door backed up at door around 2:15 and now its 6:30pm and still green light. Worst place to drop off

They make drivers wait for 6 hours…if you talk to security all they do is lie with a great attitude,try to prove that they are right.

🌿 today is Thursday. Came to pick up preloaded trailer. It was ready. Accesible & we got out less then 30 minutes.
