Very rude and unhelpful
The guy at the check in place was really rude with all the drivers. Took me more then 45 mins just to get hold to someone over here. They just kept on ignoring. All I was doing was picking up just 4 pallets. Took them more then 2 hours just for that.

Horrible service. They should go by the name NotDependable. I scheduled an appointment for next day delivery from 10AM-2PM with Sharon at the San Leandro location. Next day I check tracking and see nothing has been updated and spoke to Michelle. She stated nothing was noted and no appointment was made. If the pallet wasn't urgent, I wouldn't have a problem but this is not acceptable. Your agents need to take notes and make sure appointments are saved into your system. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely terrible. Missed their scheduled delivery...4 days in a row they called me to schedule delivery for the next day, gave me a specific timeframe, and never showed up. Paid an employee to sit in our new empty building to accept the delivery...for four days. I'm out $1,000 to pay for his time. "Unreliable Highway Express". Never again.

This is where all the people that were bullies or dropped out of high school go to work. they lie through their teeth and promise you that they're going to deliver something that's within 15 miles of their distribution center for 3 days, And then failed to do so. if only the self-promoting advertisement that you hear while you're on hold for 20 minutes to half an hour just to get a simple answer we're true they really would be a star: a five-star company. They took so long to bring my freight 15 miles that my customer cancelled his order and now I'm stuck with goods that I cannot move unless I find another customer that wants the exact same thing...

Always, as in every single time, they have been at least a day late in delivering. Never an easy process with them. Never have they contact me when requested by driver. Will not follow simple delivery instructions. I will not use this company again.

They know what they are doing ....... Most of the time.... In and out was normal. Took then an hour and 15 mins to load 20 pallets.
