Coming out of the wildfires & smoke on 99.. across 132 to 580.. to International Parkway.. right turn only to w Schulte Road.. T/R go all way up hill past Costco on RHS.. pass fire station RHS to Hansen Road.. T/R you will pass fencing with two random gates then big sign!!! HUGE SIGN… on rhs.. meat, frozen deliveries.. turn in there.. park walk to guard shack for instructions or go to Albertsons Driver self check in app.. you still have to give guard two copies of BOL and wait in your truck for door assignment.

They dont give you parking and very rude and unprofessional. Do not think about the drivers and says that you cannot park in the parking lot even if its empty.

They throw all the drivers to the road side shoulder and thats very dangerous and life threatening thing in terms of driver’s safety.

This will take you directly to the guard shack to check in for reefer delivery (see pics)

To the right of the guard shack is the staging/overnight parking area. Park first then walk to the guard shack and check in, wait in your truck till they call you with a door. Once they call you Walk back to the guard and get paperwork.

If you have two/three orders then you’ll dock two/three times.

Go to door number break seal open doors and dock, then take paperwork to 1st shack and check in. Wait in your truck until they call you to come get your paperwork.

“Take paperwork first to 2nd Shack then go dock” says the lady - but you can probably go dock then take the paperwork!

2nd shack will call you in once your paperwork is ready to pick up. Get paperwork and proceed to the Main Gate for final security checkout. Leave trailer door open.

They do lumper.
They have (2) porta johns in the docking area none at the staging area.
Breakfast Van 🚐 showed up in the am.

***The wait in between dock doors might take 1 to 3 hrs. This varies depending on dock availability.
Staff was professional.
Checked in at 0400 Checked out at the Main Gate 0800.

Checked in at 7:30pm for 8pm Dry Load appointment. Got call for door at 10:29pm. Unloading started at 11:13pm. 2:23am lumper fee message. After making payment waited another 30mins to get PAPERS.finally leave at 3am.Appointment is just a joke. This was my first and last load to this she t y place. I will refuse any load coming here. STAY AWAY DRIVERS. We deserve Better.

Ive came here multiple times and they always take their sweet time, working feel entitled and are lazy. I checked in at 8am for a 9am appointment and didn’t get a door till 9:30. It’s 1pm now and I’m still waiting for BOLS after paying the lumper at 12:30. Worker doesn’t want to give me paperwork because he said I’m not fully off loaded but I have a green light and the ramp isn’t attached and I’ve already pulled forward and closed my door. I would avoid if possible. Lazy workers, need better management.

Please don't come here only if your load is very well paid, otherwise don't come. I come in at 3 am, it's 1 pm and I still haven't received the paperwork, it's the worst place to unloading, the worst people, with a bad face all the time, bad attitude, terrible!!
We do not come here to be given anything, we are transporters, our time is also valuable, respect!!😡

For dry loads, 0 or negative stars. Every single time, seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have a dry load, I complete my 10 hrs before I can finally leave the yard. Their excuse is always the same: “It’s because you have a full trailer load”. People here are undoubtedly horrible and THE SLOWEST. They’re very unpleasant and unprofessional, not to mention. They look down on us drivers for sure.

I normally come here with a frozen load, which is great. It’s hard to believe they’re the same company. Security guards on the frozen section are better as well. I’d give them 4 to 5 stars.

*The lumper guys on both sections, dry and frozen, are really rude and have terrible attitude, just so you know.

Wait on dry the van side was 8+ hours to get offloaded. Bring plenty of food. You will check into 3 windows.

Tip: When you get to the staging area past security, go ahead and do a post trip and shut down and just creep in when you get called for a dock. By the time you leave, you should have a full reset. Also, cancel any other loads you thought you might get to that day.

No food truck here in the late morning or day, no vending machines on site, just dirty Porta Johns outside.
