Easy back but stay off the grass if it's damp. You can see places where it appears someone sunk to the axles and doing that will probably increase your unload time a bit.
Nice folks and relatively quick unload time. Entrance is a touch bumpy so unless you have everything in your truck bungied down tight I'd recommend keeping it around 5-6 mph once you turn off of 114.

First time delivering to this place. The entrance is crazy, just follow your phone GPS . It’s gonna take you down a residential narrow road but it’ll lead it right to the place. Slide your tandems if you can, or make sure you make wide turns. The unloading process is very quick.

Yep stay off the grass almost flip the trailer trying to reverse, had to stay in front of the gate until they open in the morning, reversing is a no no
