Check in starts 3 AM. They give right away door but u have wait in line. Before u have to park u r truck in the street if u r lucky!! Otherwise check different streets to park. Unload is very fast & Paperwork the person brings to u… don’t forget to chock your wheel ?

The process of checking in is horrible. Before checking in, you'll have to park, but there is no available parking only on the street. I had to park at the bus station across the street. Then you'll have to stand in a never-ending line of drivers. Also, don't bother checking in without your Appointment Confirmation # starts with 152____. The warehouse staff is very polite. They got me unloaded pretty quick.

They start receiving 3 am .. you need to park on street and then walk to guard for checking in but make sure you have your confirmation number with you. If you have appointments after 6 am then it hard to park on street it’s really busy
They unload you really fast drop your paperwork near to door 1 and make sure you choke the wheels .. docks are not tight but they park there truck infront of docks that make little hard to back in ..
Someone will come to give to your bols once done ✅

Totally racism here the lady at checking desk prefer maxican guy and my appointment was at 3 am on Sep 5 -2024 only two pallets I reach here Sep 4-2024 2 pm checked in on Sep 5-2024 at 3 am she said your confirmation is wrong I gave her another one then she said we can not take you today now I am waiting for next day 3 am for two pallets

You can park the truck at the street and take paper work go to check in at the entrance and also need you confirmation number

The receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met. There is no parking, not on the premises, not on the street, not even in the no parking zones. There are so many trucks that you can't even see the door. I had to stop half a mile from the company and walk to check in. This is my first and last time here.
