Two ladies helped me.
Initially there was one girl on site by herself. Becky is the name of one of them. I think Beck initially took my package. She was obviously stressed and inexperienced. My small package was charged as an overnight delivery. It was $89.00. I dropped it off on Jan. 13. I was told i would receive it on Jan. 16. I didn't receive it Jan. 22. I was lied to day after day when I would call about my delivery date. I paid for a hotel for 7 days. I will tell everyone I know my experience. Never Never again will I use DHL. I wish I could give DHL a zero.
