Trucker here.

Checking in is not in the middle of the building anymore. it's at the very end door 602b. However, the restroom is still inside the middle office next to dock 4. Showed up at 945am and departed at 11 am. The appointment was set for 10 am.

Docking is a little tight, but do able. Good luck!

Good place to pick up, the girl at reception was very friendly, she immediately gave me the door in about 1:45 min and that was it.

The people I spoke with in the beginning were very nice. The parking is unrealistic and they should either have spotters, full length lane paint or best of all, convex mirrors so you can see the unseen in your turn and avoid bumping a trailer. Safety first applies to everyone and nobody realistically is going to get in and out of their can 250 times and walk to check off they still have a quarter of an inch. This isn't about novice, beginner or veteran drivers, it's about realism and to avoid issues, team work applies to customers and others THEN his customer service can be delivered or, it would be because of a person's attitude otherwise mostly a good experience but I never assume responsibility when measures were not taken and met to insure safe, practical and efficient service with a smile

0i wish I rate 0 star. Be Careful. That's surprising still these kind of people can live and work on 21st century specially in california!!!!There is 3 WILD RUDE DISRESPECT AND HATER FEMALE EVEN OLD MANAGER FEMALE. All ready to attack you. There is a huge building with no office sign and you have to walk around 300 feet to find office door. All driver lost and confused to get the office, if you mention this issue to them nicely they will back to your face very RUDE DISRESPECT and want you don't come here if you don't like it. It's what's its . We are tired and we have this right to attack you.. !!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized operations here. Old lady at front desk very rude. The way she talks to the driver is extremely insulting. After way after appointment get a call from the office for the door assignment. Got the door and sent it to the back side docks. There was no one to take paperwork. After around 10 minutes, 1 forklift driver shows up and starts getting angry for being standing there to give paperwork. Still waiting for loading

Location can be difficult, but I loaded there yesterday (within 2 hours), had no reason to be concerned about my weight, but weighed as a habit... was over by 300 pounds on my drives and had to return to be reworked in the morning (another 3 hours on site, plus travel time). I asked the loader to move 1200 pounds off my drives to create a better balance and allow me to run full fuel.... how much was moved? 350 pounds. Enough to be legal, but not what I asked for!

Everything was fine, till today. I'm in biagi to do delivery but I went to do check-in, and they not recib early, till my appointment (12:30pm.) Well; if you come early, they no recibe you. If come late said "why come late" but it's ok.
