It would be really nice if they would open on time. Website says a complete different time than the hand written note on the door that says 10. Waited and no one opened at 10. The padlock was still on the door on the outside so apparently no one has even showed up.

The lady working at the store was so helpful and kind. She saved us a lot of time and gave great service to everyone that came in. Because she was the only one working, the store was a bit of a mess, but we had a good experience.

Horrible customer service. They would not even attempt to help on a pair of defective shoes. Had a pair for a month that started to fall apart. Contacted the manufacturer first and was told to take them to the retailer to swap out for a new pair. I was told by the employee that there was nothing they could do because they were “worn outside”. Just beware, after they get your money, they don’t care to do anything else if a problem arises.

It was better several yrs ago, but gone down .
Went today, very unpleasant, finally just left. Employee talking so loud about her boss to person at register. Really dont need her creating bad atmosphere, dressed very sloppy, on & on & on complaining! Somebody made bad hire!
