These guys are losing parcels. I dropped off three DHL boxes, two out of three disappeared without a trace. I tried to find out what was the matter and received an answer that they do not control the situation with the boxes that were prepaid in any way, they do not ask the representative of the transport company to scan the label when he picks up the parcels.

The team has always provided extremely professional and friendly service. We have been able to send our purchases from the US to Mistermail and have them bundle it up and send on to Australia. Today was my first visit to Mister Mail and I am never going to a USPS office again! The 3 gentlemen were so incredibly polite and helpful when I came in with 4 packages (unwrapped) to mail. They took the time to help me pick out the best containers to ship them in, as well as labeled them for me. They even went so far as to double protect a small envelope I was mailing. I said “Who needs the post office when this is right around the corner from me?!” And was met with 2 other resounding “ABSOLUTELY”s from happy customers. One said “There’s a reason I’ve been coming here for almost a decade.”

Worst service I’ve used. I use these mailboxes for my company across the US and honestly this location picks and chooses their customer service. The guidelines for USPS are pretty straightforward but they want to ensure they make it much more difficult for you to use their service. Honestly will most likely look into transferring to a Regus for their mail forwarding service. They’re much more profesional and straightforward. Don’t waste your time with them.

Sergio and his team are extremely helpful in all matters involving shipping. They're bright, funny looking and they keep all shipping records and receipts if you should ever loose your originals. I pass three other such places on my way to get business done with them; I wouldn't go anywhere else.
