If this place had all new staff and took care of the flaws that the overall office has, I would consider using their service. Try a different company... even if you do pay a lil more. The thing I don't get is how a small office like this can have so much turnaround on their employees... it seems that they are hiring people every other week... not because they're expanding, but rather because their drivers quit. Obviously they need a new strategy to building a successful business without taking advantage of their employees while at the same time pretending that they are doing the right thing. SUCK IT UNITED EXPRESS!

They are on top of it and have saved me by getting important documents delivered timely, even during rush hour traffic. I have called them on weekends and after-hours. They always answer, ready to help with a friendly can-do attitude.
