This company is being reported to the BBB for unethical practices and for being unavailable in person(on the phone) when problems arise.
They will send condescending emails but never actually refund your money stating "we have refunded you on our end, check with your bank." We have checked with our banking institution and they see no refund and even went so far as to say they are starting an investigation into Caviar due to the many complaints and stop payments they have received.
This is why we are reporting them to the BBB and letting ppl know on reviews and social media that Caviar is the worst platform and completely unethical.

I've been trying to get in contact with Caviar Support all day about my account deactivation and an unauthorized charge. None of the help@, Info@, or support@ email addresses work-- I've only received automated emails saying my email would not be read. When I finally found a phone number I could call, the operator told me that my account was being investigated and abruptly hung up on me.

I have tried time and time again to give this delivery service another chance, but each time my order is cancelled or the delivery is 45 mins- 1 hr late. I advise you to save yourself the time, money, and energy, and steer clear of this delivery service. Definitely the worst delivery service I've ever used!

Food arrived two hours late and cold. Driver and company were completely unresponsive the entire time. I considered asking for my money back but I figured I'd just get a credit and I don't want an opportunity to be this disappointed again so whatever.

I gave this company so many second chances and it's always late or canceled. They are expensive too. So you are paying for a really late or canceled delivery service...awesome.
