Company repeatedly called old phone number for delivery, despite me calling to correct. Finally was able to schedule and they cancelled the day of delivery. Without notification, they then shipped the package as a return to the retailer, which the retailer was not aware of, leading to a prolonged refund process on an item I wanted. You’ll be sorry.

First off, I’m not one to ever give a bad review. I understand everyone makes mistakes, but I 100% do not trust this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shipping company. I will be sure to NEVER buy from anyone who uses this company. Any reader should do the same.
1. They make it nearly impossible to reach them.
2. They lie to you when you do get in contact with them.
3. You will NOT receive your package and you will never get an explanation as to why. I’m honestly wondering if this business is a hoax? I’m surprised their business is still open.

Canceled twice on me. 1st time was there wasn't room for my package on the truck. 2nd time was their drive called in sick. Mind you the would ONLY deliver on a Tuesday. After the 2nd tuesday missing work to wait on this package that never comes, I contacted Amazon and was able to get a refund.

This company is a disaster. Not sure how any place could be worse than the post office but they are. Been waiting for a delivery that they have for 10 days. No one answers the phone and their corporate customer service can't contact their local office. Finally just cancelled the order. What a joke.

We ordered a refrigerator it arrived at ceva on the 16th. We called , rude people and were lied to three times that it was on the truck. I finally had to talk to the manager through the company we ordered the refrigerator from and she had to call ceva corporate because they were supposed to come the 28th and no show . She was very polite and said it would be here by 8 that night. He arrived in a Penske truck and got it out . We unwrapped it and it had damage so we had the driver load it back up , this was tonight 4-29-2021. Remember now it’s been at ceva sitting since the 16th. I called the company we ordered it from and got customer service and let her know it’s headed back to ceva . This company is horrible . I told ABT appliances to come and read these reviews.

If I could put 0 stars I would. We had a vanity scheduled to deliver on Tuesday 1/16. That day a driver contacted me saying he couldn't deliver it because CEVA did not tell him he would need a second person to help. Then Wednesday they called saying they still couldn't deliver it. I try calling back and wait on hold for over an hour with no luck. Then Thursday they say it can't come until the next day because they don't know where the item is. It's not Friday, 4 days late, and after calling back over and over we still cannot get anyone to deliver the item. I have contacted the website, filed complaints to multiple people, and the person who picks up can't even get a hold of the supervisor at the warehouse. They haven't even attempted to get drivers to deliver it any of the 4 days it's been late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst customer service, management, processes, communication I have ever experiences with a vendor

I was definitely skeptical after reading all the negative reviews once I placed an online furniture order through Costco, but everything turned out great! Delivery was on time and the driver/installer was awesome, he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it. The only reason this is a 4 star instead of a 5 star is it is literally impossible to get someone to answer the phone. It’s just not happening. Luckily, it all worked out for us.
