Hands down the best package/mailing service location in SF. They don’t annoy you like USPS employees, and I’m in and out of there in 2 minutes whenever I need to send some packages. They handle both USPS and UPS, and I’ve never had any issues with either.

I want to acknowledge Mary. She is very helpful, patient, attentive, understanding and is always cheerful. She is a very good communicator. I am navigating the Ipostal1 service and she has been instrumental in helping me feel comfortable using it. I’m glad Mary is there to help. Thank you Mary!

This place is quick and convenient. Love the customer service and I regularly drop my packages here. I prefer to go here opposed to UPS and USPS since the lines are shorter and this place is in my area. You can also get the receipt emailed to you instead of a paper receipt which I always lose when I want to keep track of my packages.

Just a quick shoutout to the team and amazing young woman at Parkside Mailboxes for being so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’ve been with numerous similar services in the city and in Mountain View and these people are the best.

They are very good at notifying you when something arrives and have been patient without being unpleasant when I went away for a few weeks and another time when I had Covid. No service like this wants to store packages especially since mine were quite large and I do not recommend doing that. But it was unplanned and unavoidable and they supported me all the way. Thank you!

If you are looking for a safe place to have your mail and packages delivered to, Parkside Mailboxes are an excellent solution and I personally am extremely happy with their friendly and efficient service and highly recommend them.

While usually there is no line here, the staff seems to be both aloof and clueless about what to do.

Be aware of hidden costs that are not advertised and for which no receipt is given. For example, they do not scan labels from your phone and must print them out, and while 0.25 cents isn't a large amount per label, when you have a large number of boxes, this can build up quickly: you are informed of these charges only after they have taken possession of your packages and affixed the labels. No receipt will be given for these charges either.

It is much easier to cheat a dollar of 100 customers than to cheat one customer of 100 dollars. In any case, businesses that exploit unaware customers should not be encouraged.

I understand the establishment is small but independent of its size, its business practice should still be regulated.

I would advise going to a regular UPS store, or at least a similar establishment that both lists any hidden charges and provides a receipt.

Lastly, when I phoned in about why there has been a delay for my packages to be returned to the UPS, the staff was impatient and clueless.

This is a lovely family-owned mail and mailbox spot. I'm so excited to see them in the neighborhood. This will definitely be my go to spot for all things related to shipping going forward!

Generally good service except for one small problem. If Amber decides for whatever reason that she can rent your PO Box to someone else for more than she is renting it to you she will do so at the drop of a hat in total disregard for your alleged contract. She did this to me when I complained to her about her disregarding my instructions about forwarding mail. She has wrongly assumed that since I am in Thailand there is nothing I can do to make her comply with the terms of our box rental contract and indeed the postal regulations she is bound to abide by. I suspect after I complain to the USPS and bring a legal action against her she will be less inclined to attempt to rip customers off. If you are looking for a long term relationship with a good and reputable PO Box company consider looking elsewhere.

This us a horrible store. I came in to FAX a sigle page, and wanted to fax the bill receipt as second page. The owner told me she had to make (and charge me additional for copy) a copy of the receipt. Despite every fax machine I've ever seen being able to handle different sizes of paper. Whater, fine. Then when I pull out my credit card she tells me there is a minimum fee. I tell her that is against the merchant agreement that she signed with the credit card companies in order to get the card scanner machine (which anyone can call any credit card company and verify), but again whatever and pulled out cash...at which point she refused me service. So, she attempts to nickle and dime you with charges, then wont accept payment form which she has signed agreenent to accept.

By the way, Dragon Printing on Taravel@14th is 25 cents cheaper per page.
