Have to watch thier bookkeeping. And make sure you know what they charge to you're credit card. They seem to think they can charge what they want. Now I have to dig up my bank statements for the last 6 months to get them to return the extra money that they charged your card. By that time to owe another months rent. So getting anything done is so time consuming. That it really doesn't matter much to them.

My son & grandson have iteems stored there. These items made it through the Camp fire. These items will be in Acorn Oaks storage until they find a place to live and can .over them. The Acorn Oaks management has been very helpful and friendly.
