A friend and I purchased a storage unit lost so much money and time renting a U-Haul to clean it out, they put the wrong lock on it we could not get into it. Communication was horrible. Nobody was on site. Did not get a refund as of yet of any sort. After about two weeks was told the issue was solved and tried to blame my friend as there was damage on the door, which we did not do not sure why they could not check their cameras themselves? Buddy went over there half of the stuff was missing from the unit versus what was in the picture. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I had a wonderful experience at this storage facility. The manager has been SO accommodating, helpful, and kind! She goes above and beyond for her customers, and I appreciate her friendly and positive energy. If I ever require storage services again, I will be coming back here! Customer service is top-notch.

I've had my storage with Garden Drive for many, many years. I have worked with numerous people there over the years but I have to make sure that Jennifer gets the accolades she most certainly deserves. Jennifer has helped me so much. When life took a horrible turn for us, she was compassionate and helpful to me on a level you rarely find in the world anymore. She has gone above and beyond. It's more than I could have ever expected and she has done it all with a great deal of compassion, a wonderful sense of humor and a huge smile on her face. This young woman is certainly one of their biggest assets. I really hope that management there knows what a true gem they have with her at the helm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jennifer. I appreciate you more than you will ever know. Keep up the good work.

So first of all I didn't rent over there but only went to check for availability and pricing, but the experience was great. I spoke with Jennifer, and she was very thorough and helpful in letting me know the pricing, unit sizes, and upcoming auctions and potential availability and took my number down and followed up with me after about a week after when I already had a storage unit elsewhere in Oroville cos I couldn't really wait and I don't live in town. (She also offered info about other storage units in Oroville too for me to look around.)

Highly recommended if you're looking for a storage unit, they are way more friendly and responsible than the ones in Chico.

Great customer service! The guy that runs the storage is very friendly. I would recommend this storage place to others. A+++++++ in my book. Once again I had to get another storage for my elderly mother and went there to rent another storage unit and was very very pleased with the customer service I received. The man that was working was so helpful and so pleasant. Another visit at garden ave storage with A++++++++++ rating from me. If the news I heard is right and the man that is there is leaving then I'm sad. Cuz a good hard working man is hard to come by. He will be surely missed

Their system had a glitch and they rented out my already rented storage. The gentleman there was more than helpful in making up for it with another unit the same size. He even threw in a set of locks and helped me unload my truck great service thank you.
