There’s a rodent infestation at the moment and several units have had belongings destroyed due to the infestation.
My grandma’s unit is one of them along with another random customer who was there today. I’m checking out the condition of my unit tomorrow and will update this review once I have done so.

We pay a fee for insurance and we expect our belongings to be kept safe.

This review is for the storage on Olive hwy next to yeti wings. it is still listed as extra self storage on Google, but I think this location was recently bought by another company.

Just a couple of things I learned the hard way

(1.) When storing your belongings in a self storage unit and if said storage isn't in your name, be sure to have something in writing from the person you're subletting from, including an itemized list with pictures of your belongings, signed by the person who's name is on the unit. Get one with your own name as soon as possible. Not doing this can set you up for a theft of your belongings and the facility manager can't help If it's just a he said she said situation. Even onsite video doesn't help.

(2.) Defaulf/ lien notice/ lien sale time-frame is only 45 days total, like to the date of the auction. That's a month and a half. So there isn't much time to save your belongings if something happens and you can't pay for the unit.

The prices are affordable. And Sue is such a great person to work with. I wouldn't go to any other storage place.

This rating goes predominately to the on site manager, Sue. She has always made me feel great with her very pleasant, friendly greetings and conversation. The facilities are always tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here

I have had no problems with our stuff being stored here. The people have been really nice and understanding when I had some money issues. They dont slap a late charge on you if your late a few days. It is located in a good area and is close. Their rates are not too bad when I called and compared them to others. So any time I need a storage, I will go here again.

This is the absolute most pleasent person to do business with I have ever met. My rental was done in about 15 minutes, start to finish. Sue is a very good business woman.

My mom and her husband had two units here. For over a year. I helped them move stuff in and I'm helping them move stuff out. The people we've dealt with have all been great. No issues with our units.
